This page is the main public support point for billing questions, account access problems, restore purchases, privacy requests, account deletion, and general product help.

PeptidePro is an educational support and tracking tool. It is not a medical service and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing decisions.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscription charges and payment methods are managed by Apple, not by PeptidePro directly. The app may display your subscription status, but Apple handles billing credentials, receipts, and payment processing.

If you need to change a payment method, review a charge, or manage a cancellation through the App Store, use your Apple account tools. Apple may also be the right contact for refund or billing history questions because Apple processes the payment.

Restore purchases

If Pro access is missing, first try the in-app Restore Purchases option. This is the quickest way to resync your Apple purchase status with your PeptidePro account.

If that does not work, confirm you are signed in with the Apple account used for the purchase, check your internet connection, and then contact support if access still does not return.

Account and sync issues

If schedules, dose logs, or other account-linked information do not appear as expected, make sure you are using the correct sign-in method and that the device is online. Because PeptidePro uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, sign-in or sync issues can sometimes be resolved by signing out and back in.

When you contact support about missing data or sync problems, include the email address connected to the account and a short description of what you expected to see.

Technical troubleshooting

For general app problems, try closing and reopening the app, confirming you are on a current version of iOS and the app, and checking whether the issue happens on mobile data and Wi-Fi.

If you report a technical problem, please include the exact error message and the approximate time the issue happened. That information makes it much easier to trace and investigate what happened.

Privacy and account deletion

Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. You can also review the public Privacy Policy for details about account data, subscription status, and optional AI chat history.

Account deletion is available in the app and through the public Delete Account page for people who no longer have access to the app.

Response times and what to include

Support requests are handled as quickly as possible, and response times can vary based on volume and the type of issue. To help us respond faster, include:

  • The email address linked to your PeptidePro account.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • The exact error message, if one appeared.
  • The approximate date and time the issue happened.
  • Your device model, iOS version, and app version if available.

Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive medical records by email.

FAQ

Why is my Pro access missing after reinstalling the app?

Use Restore Purchases first. If access still does not return, email support and include the approximate time you tried the restore.

Who handles my subscription payment details?

Apple handles payment methods and billing records. PeptidePro stores subscription state for the app account but does not directly process card details.

Can I delete my account if I no longer have the app?

Yes. Use the public Delete Account page for instructions on requesting deletion without reinstalling the app.

Is PeptidePro a medical service?

No. PeptidePro is an educational support tool and should not be used as a substitute for licensed medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
