Information we collect

We collect information that helps operate your PeptidePro account and deliver the features you choose to use. Depending on how you use the app, this may include your account details, theme preference, protocol schedules, dose logs, subscription status, and optional AI chat history.

If you contact support, we may also receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and a description of the issue you are reporting.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain your account, sync your data across sessions, show the correct subscription state, respond to support requests, keep the service working, and provide AI responses when you choose to use AI features.

PeptidePro is designed for educational support and personal tracking assistance. It is not intended to diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, prescribe medication, or replace licensed medical advice.

Third-party services

PeptidePro relies on a small number of service providers to operate core parts of the app:

• Supabase is used for authentication and database storage.
• RevenueCat is used to track subscription state for the app account.
• A server-side AI provider is used to generate AI responses when AI features are used.
• Apple manages App Store purchases, billing, and payment method handling.

Subscription and payment handling

PeptidePro does not directly process your payment card details. Subscription charges and payment methods are handled by Apple through the App Store. The app may store subscription status for your account, but Apple controls billing records and payment credentials.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple account settings. If you have a billing question, receipt question, or refund request, Apple may be the right first point of contact because Apple processes the payment itself.

Data retention

We keep account-linked information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the app. If you use optional AI features, related account-linked history may be retained while your account remains active unless it is deleted earlier through product changes or account deletion.

Some information may be kept for a limited time after a deletion request where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup processing, or other operational needs.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the app or through the public Delete Account page if you no longer have access to the app. A completed deletion request is intended to remove account profile data, synced schedules, dose logs, AI usage or account-linked records, and subscription state stored for the app account.

Deleting your PeptidePro account does not delete Apple billing history, App Store receipts, or purchase records held in Apple systems.

User choices and rights

You can manage certain information directly in the app, including your theme preference and account-linked content available through the product experience. You can also manage subscriptions through Apple and request account deletion in-app or from the public deletion page.

Security

We use service providers such as Supabase to help operate and store account data, and we take reasonable steps to limit unauthorized access to the information connected to the app. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

PeptidePro is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" line on this page.
