What is deleted

When a valid deletion request is completed, the goal is to remove the account-linked information held for PeptidePro, including:

• Account profile data.
• Synced schedules.
• Dose logs.
• AI usage and account-linked records.
• Subscription state stored for the app account.

Apple billing history, App Store receipts, and other Apple-managed purchase records remain under Apple's systems and controls.

How to request deletion

If you can still access the app, use the in-app deletion option first. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject line PeptidePro Account Deletion Request.

We may need to confirm that the request is really coming from the account holder before deleting account-linked data.

What information to provide

To help us locate and verify the account, please include:

• The email address linked to your PeptidePro account.
• Your full name, if you used one on the account.
• Whether you still have access to the app.
• The approximate date you last signed in, if known.

For identity confirmation, we may ask you to reply from the account email address or complete another reasonable verification step before deletion is processed. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or medical records.

What happens after the request

After we receive the request, we review it, confirm the account holder where needed, and then process the deletion of the account-linked data described on this page. We may contact you if we need more information before continuing.

Once the deletion is completed, your PeptidePro account data should no longer be available through the app account. This does not remove records that Apple keeps for App Store transactions.

Expected timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, although timing can vary if additional verification is needed or if limited retention obligations apply.

Temporary retention

Some limited information may need to be retained for a short period where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, charge dispute handling, security investigations, or operational backup processing. Where that happens, the retained information should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
